Intellectual Property
All reports, estimates, takeoffs, and related deliverables remain the intellectual property of Remote Estimation until full payment is received.

Limitation of Liability
Remote Estimation shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our estimates, reports, or services.
